The Green Mountain High School Band Boosters is managed by a board of directors. The board includes the Green Mountain High School Director of Bands and five, volunteer officers. Officer elections take place in the spring for terms of one or two years, running June 1st through May 31st.
The GMHS Band Boosters is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation. Its board of directors administers funds in accordance with its bylaws, the tax code, and Colorado rules governing nonprofits. The board also coordinates logistic support for all band and guard groups at Green Mountain High School, year-round. The bylaws and meeting minutes are in the "Downloads" page of the website (must have appropriate account to access).
